6. Print off an order form (PDF) to track your orders.

Order your calendars with no money down to set your initiative in motion. Orders increase in increments of 25 and 50. Shipping is free when you order 100 or more calendars.
Once you order your first supply of hockey fundraising calendars you are always welcome to re-visit us and order more.
Payment Information
An invoice will be emailed to you. It is due 30 days later, after your association is done fundraising.
Payments may be made by Visa, Mastercard, or by association cheque.
Shipping Time
Shipping in Canada is 2 - 7 days, in the USA 5 - 10 days.
All parcels will be shipped insured.
