Always ask your buyers how many hockey fans they have on their Christmas shopping list.
The calendars are priced just right for an office gift exchange, a stocking stuffer, or family fun gift exchange. Make this question a part of your selling spiel and apply it to each of our suggestions below. Single calendar purchases will grow into 2-3 calendar purchases.
Keep track of each person you sell a calendar to this year.
Your buyers will welcome your invitation to purchase a new calendar from you next year. Simple, renewable fundraising!
Each year add new buyers to your selling roster.
Plan to sell 10 calendars this year.

Tell people that they will get a chuckle from the calendar collection.
Ask in your e-mail, how many hockey fans are on their Christmas shopping list. Most people can think of a handful, and are happy to have one more ‘to do' accomplished for the holidays!
Download the Laptop Sales Video (Power Point Presentation) to your laptop.
Play the presentation on your laptop at your selling table. Hook your laptop up to a TV this will double the impact of this selling video. A larger TV will catch more attention across a large room.
Set your table up near the concession stand, where people hang out during intermission.
Have a volunteer move around the stands and the arena showing off an open calendar. The volunteer will let people know where to go to purchase a calendar. They will cheerfully point them to your selling table. Create awareness!
Download our collection of 4 unique posters (PDF) showcasing the calendars. Print and distribute 2 or more to each of your team members. Parents will hang them in the coffee room at work. Put them up at the arena, and any other place that might catch the eye of prospective buyers.
The posters have a section for you to write in your contact information. Buyers will reach you to place their order.
The artwork is a hockey fan's favourite. Let the photos do the selling for you.
You never know when you might run into a hockey fan while out and about.
Businesses may attach their business card to the packaging or they may stamp each individual month page with their logo to personalize the calendars even the more. This makes for great give-aways to their staff and to their customers.
